Horrible experience what esle would I except though they don't care there just working and cant pay bills . Going to Starbucks .

Worst dunkin experience I had cold food and bad coffee. Very dirty inside.

Worst Dunkin donuts ever. On a Sunday morning the kids working there are talking about how drunk they got the night before in front of my 9 year old. Multiple times they don't even have bagels. I can tell them the exact number of sugar and milk and they still manage to screw up a regular coffee. Place is a joke.

Bagels are way overdone, to the point of the cinnamon raisin bagels tasting burned. Munchkins and other doughnut products stale. The tables are never clean. Brought concerns to the attention of the manager (owner?) and he just shrugged his shoulders. Won't be back. Would rather go to Dolce.

Often they get drive thru orderd wrong.

4 times I've had my drink messed up(on separate occasions). I did call back once to complain and the manager said he would make me a new one for free. Still wrong. I gave them 3 more times but all messed up. I order the same thing, Carmel latte hot skim milk and 2 Splenda. Out of the 4, 2 had no Carmel, 1 they forgot the milk (😑), and the other was so much milk over Expresso that it was cold. When there are at least 3 cars in the drive thru don't bother because your drink will be messed up!

Dunkin is Dunkin, there is never a bad trip!

They need to listen to how you want your coffee when you go to the drive thru. By the time you realized that it's not the way you wanted it you are mile down the road.

Was there this morning at 7 am and they were very short staffed, all workers were running around and doing their best :) lovely lady at the register made sure to address everyone in line. They didn’t have a record of my to go order from the app but she still addressed and me and was able to get me coffee free of charge within a minute! Such great customer service, even people waiting in line were happy just to be addressed and know they are working on getting to take their order shortly

Decaf is never hot. Service ok? Had to wait a few minutes for warm decaf. I was the only one there at 7pm. I asked what donuts were left. I was asked " what are you looking for" I answered Boston Creme, she said no, what else? I said " old fashioned " she said no what else? I answered "never mind" . She asked if I was sure. I just drove to the window. Waited 2 minutes at window for my warm decaf and left. If your into this kind of Service, they're the best!

The service was quick and polite, and the dining area and the restroom was clean.

Very friendly staff. Hardest thing to deal with this store is the music. It blares out at seemingly full volume. The playlist is awful Top 40.

Crowded highway point and they lack of menu choices and rapid service.

They messed my food order up at least 50% of the time so I stopped getting food there. I'm allergic to cheese so every time they mess up the sandwich goes in the garbage. Today I ordered a cold brew and got what was either the weakest cold brew ever or regular iced coffee. I'm done. I called my local health food store and ordered a case of Chameleon cold brew. Bye.

Dunkin Donuts iced coffee a little more expensive than a Stewart's but convenient

By far the worst dunkin' in the area, they can never seem to get an order right. will not be going back anymore, just sucks cause they're right down the road from me, but its more worth it to drive 10 mins to the next one instead of waiting in line for their garbage

Friday morning, 9:30 drive thru , I asked for a large reg coffee, man repeats by saying, that was SMALL right?! NO...then I ask for 4 plain bagles, 2 white iced glaze, and 2 plain round donuts or crulers....at window, I get the coffee, ONE bagle, the iced donuts where glazed down in a small bag with 2 french crullers( i did not order this type)So when I am handed the donut bag, I put on my passengers seat, at which time I am stared at as if I was done!!!! I was told I was only charged for One Bagel, then 4 BURNT, VERY BURNT, BAGELS where thrown in bag, then at me......Whoever this guy is at the radio taking orders needs lessons on respect

Normally good as expected... But the last few days have been rough, my wake up wrap has been cold and "watery". Today's wait at the drive through was well beyond expectations.

They denied me a latte because I preferred to have it made with cream instead of milk. Truly disrespectful and bad customer service. The staff laughed at me as I walked out. They have no manners or morals.

On Tuesday 7/16 at 8:34 pm I had a terrible experience at this Dunkin .. the employees don't know a single thing about customer service and its sad.

And they mess up again. I cant win with this place. The ONLY thing that is good about it is the location. I wish the one on 9 across from shoprite would share employees with them. My entire order was messed up again. The guy on the drive through mic was sarcastic and kept trying to rush me through my large order with "does THAT complete your order?" From now on I will only get beverages from this location. They only mess that up 1/3 of the time. Waste of money.

Kinda disappointed in this place. Manager with the white hair always has an attitude. The girl making sandwiches has her long hair down which is completely disgusting. Would be nice if everyone had a better attitude.

I love this place. It's my daily morning ritualistic stop before work for my standard order of a medium cold brew black one sweet and low and two egg and cheese wake up wraps lol. The old manager Jen (now at rt 52) was great, and the new manager is wonderful also. The morning staff is always pleasant and on point. The treat me like royalty when I walk in and know me by my first name and they know my order too lol.

Great service, drive through usually moves quickly, order is basically always correct... And the location is great: ever since it opened, my morning drive to work has included a stop for coffee here. :)The only thing I took a star off for is the donut/baked goods selection isn't the best

Workers are litreally terrible you got adults acting like there in high school well u get what u pay for grown adults min wage you shouldn't except much these ppl shouldn't be handling anything during virus so immature with no knowledge or care to do something so simple
